Creating an account is very simple. We will guide you through the steps below:

You must click on the user icon (the same one shown above); you can find it on the top right-hand side of datsme.life. It is very important that you select the option Don’t have an account? Register here or click on REGISTER (you can find it at the top right of shop.datsme.life/en/login) and fill in the required fields with an asterisk.

Creating your account will allow you to receive notifications about the status of your sample or when your results are available, as well as updates to your account.

To buy any of the kits on our website, you need to create a user account; you can create it at the time of purchase.

If you have purchased your kit on another platform (e.g. Amazon), you can create your account when registering your kit. It is not necessary to do so before making the purchase.

An account is required to receive notifications and to access the results.

If you cannot access your account or you have forgotten your password: 

  1. We recommend you check if you have correctly entered your email and password (without spaces in front or behind).

  2. If you still can’t log in, please ask us to change your password by clicking on Forgotten your password? We will send you an email to change your password. Please check your spam or junk mail folder.

If none of these options have worked for you, please send us an email to info@datsme.life indicating the email address you created your account with or remember to have registered and, if possible, with the kit code to verify the status of your account.

If you have made a mistake when entering any of your details in the registration, don’t worry; simply send us an email to info@datsme.life and tell us the details you want to change and the correct one.

When the change has been made, we will notify you via email.
