DATSME

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

DATSME will accept cancellations of orders when requested before the shipment of the order. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellations or modifications will be accepted. To make the cancellation, the Customer must request it by sending an e-mail to info@datsme.life DATSME reserves the right to cancel the order.

RETURNS

Whatever the reason, please notify us of your wish to return a product by sending an e-mail to info@datsme.life. If you wish to be reimbursed for your order, this will be done by the same means used to pay of the initial order. For the service to be faster, items must be returned in their original packaging and, if possible, in the same bag/box in which they were sent. If this is not possible, we would be grateful if you could pack the products in the best possible packaging to avoid any problems during the return. A confirmation e-mail will inform you of the reception of your package and the processing of your order.

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT

Todos los productos comprados en DATSME podrán ser devueltos y reembolsados, siempre que el Cliente comunique a DATSME su intención de devolver el/los producto/s adquirido/s dentro de un plazo máximo de 7 días laborables contados desde la fecha de entrega y que se cumplan el resto de las condiciones establecidas en este apartado.

All of the products purchased in DATSME can be returned and refunded, provided that the customer informs DATSME of his/her intention to return the purchased product/s within a maximum period of 7 working days from the delivery date and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are fulfilled.

DATSME will only accept returns that meet the following requirements: – The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling. Under no circumstances will open and/or tampered kits be accepted for return, particularly with concerning to the collector or DNA sample collection device.

To make the return process more manageable for the customers and to be able to make a proper follow-up, DATSME establishes as the only return procedure the one set by DATSME. If the reason for the return is attributable to DATSME (the product is defective, it is not the one the customer has ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is other (the products were delivered correctly but are not to the customer’s liking), the cost of the return expenses will be charged to the customer.

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Please inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt that the product is to be returned. The information can be sent by e-mail to info@datsme.life or by using the customer service form.
  2. DATSME will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent.
  3. The customer must send it by a courier company of his choice. The customer must pay the return.
  4. Inform DATSME of the courier used, date and time of the return.

Refunds to the CUSTOMER

The return of products shall give rise to a refund equal to the returned products‘ costs minus the return service cost. If the delivered product is defective or incorrect, DATSME shall also reimburse the customer for the corresponding shipping costs. Partial returns and partial cancellations shall give rise to partial refunds. DATSME shall manage the return order under the same system used for the payment since the confirmation of arrival of the returned order’s arrival at the warehouse. The refund to the customer’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing institution. The application period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.
